SHIPPING ; PROCESSING TIMELINES
• Order Processing: All orders are securely processed, inspected, and packaged within 1 to 3 business days before dispatch from our fulfillment centers;
• US Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery to your front door takes between 5 to 12 business days via standard tracked shipping carriers (such as USPS).

ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your package is handed over to the postal carrier, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a custom tracking link will be sent to your inbox. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

MULTIPLE PACKAGE DELIVERIES
Because we source our specialized pet items from different expert fulfillment centers to ensure the highest quality, products in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages or on slightly different days.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
