Return Eligibility

We accept returns within fourteen days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email as.pulsemart@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within three to five business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within forty eight hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non Returnable Items

Clearance items and final sale products are not eligible for return.
